NDLU 's true philosophy is a "Universal Self-Instructional principles for the love of  learning, sharing of infnormtion, documentation and publication for future generation.
We believe that every institution of higher learning should teach  a code ethics for good citizenship. To encourage its learners to share knowledge resources for what is right and  our  benevolence duty  toward the human race and their needs.  Such a sentiment should be our universal  desire of finding an answer to a very old question, "Am I my brother's keeper?"  The perfect answer to this question in its affirmative goes beyond genda, race, and nationality.

Diversity in Culture, Equity in  Education, Self Documentation and  Social Justice  for All.

And so, "The great questioons now, more than ever, are moral questions.  The future of the state, nationalism and internationalism, family, class divisions, the just management of business and industry, compel thoughtful persons to look for principles."
                           ---The International Journal of Ethics.

ACCREDITATION:    There is a secular education and there is  religious education.
NDLU is not seeking secular recognition  because  our  degrees are sacred and personal to  each  individual interest  and life time achievement.  Thtologically,we are operating under the principle of "Separation of Church and State",  indicated by Christ when He said, "Render unto casesar the things that are  casar's, and to God the things that are God's" (Mark 12:17).
